I checked that exact board http://pinterest.com/monicageller/ahh-men/ and actually it has over 539 followers when I just checked it now. So that monicageller account must have almost double the numbers now, compared to when they made the pinpal bot sales page. So actually it is better than they advertise. And the viral nature of Pinterest seems to keep it in growth mode, long after a board has been created.
